Senior CAD Designer

The ideal candidate shall have more than 5 years experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and drafting of civil site and infrastructure projects. The candidate shall be responsible for the preparation of construction drawings for projects, including but not limited to conceptual layout plans, yield analysis plans, geometric site plans, grading and drainage plans, roadway alignment, plan and profiles, cross sections, traffic control, earthwork calculations, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer design, intersection layouts and utilization of applicable standard details based on municipality. Quality control and utilization of Gulfstream's CAD standards are of the utmost of importance.

Education/Experience/Licensing:

· Minimum 5 years experience with production of Civil Site Construction Plans, Concept Plans, etc.

· Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D

· Experience in Commercial and Site Residential (Single Family, Townhome, Apartments) Land Development Projects

· Experience in linear work such as roads, water and sewer projects.

· Preparation of geometric site plans.

· Preparation of plan and profile drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D

· Plan view generation of contoured grading plans

· Preparation of cut/fill analysis and quantity take offs.
